At Tarapith Puja Service, we take pride in delivery high quality products and perfect packaging within the stipulated time. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges for products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, in the very unlikely event that you wish to return the product, our terms are as below:

• Eligible products, only if found damaged can be returned within 2 days after the delivery. Please email us your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongly delivered or defective item at contact@tarapithmandir.com and we will do the needful.
• Our team must receive and approve your request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up.
• Once your return has been authorized, we would issue a store credit note or we can refund the amount deducting the shipping charges against the purchase.  Please make sure the product is unwashed and unused. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• In case the package you receive is in damaged condition , please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately at +91-7679963751/ +91-8016555974.
